FAQs

  • The Samson Society is a brotherhood of men committed to living in honesty, integrity, and mutual support. We provide a safe, non-judgmental space for men to share their struggles, support each other, and find healing. Whether it's addiction, trauma, or relational issues, Samson Society offers a community where men can grow, heal, and break free from the bonds of isolation.

  • The Samson Society is open to any man over the age of 18 who is seeking a supportive community to help him overcome struggles such as addiction, trauma, relational difficulties, or a desire to live more authentically. Whether you’re struggling with a specific issue or just want to be part of a community that values honesty and vulnerability, you are welcome here.

  • While the Samson Society is a Christian organization it is faith-friendly and provides a space for men of all backgrounds. We welcome men from all walks of life—whether they are part of a church, spiritual community, or simply searching for meaning and healing. Samson is about building authentic brotherhood and support, regardless of religious affiliation.

  • Samson meetings typically involve a time of sharing, where men open up about their struggles, experiences, and successes. There is a meeting script but no set agenda—the content of each meeting is shaped by the topic suggested by the meeting host or the men who attend. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the group—what is shared in the meeting stays in the meeting.

  • Samson Society offers both in-person and online meetings, so you can choose the format that works best for you. If attending in person is not feasible, you can still connect with the group through online meetings and other digital resources. You can find an online group that fits your schedule and needs.

  • That’s perfectly okay! We understand that it can be difficult to open up, especially in a new environment. You’re welcome to come and listen, get to know the group, and only share when you feel ready. Samson Society is a judgment-free zone, and there is no pressure to speak if you’re not comfortable.

  • We offer a variety of resources to support men’s healing, including:
